TEPROSTEEL produces circular cross section bars (special steels), which are used for the construction of machine and vehicle parts, farm machinery and hydraulic systems.

Its facilities operate within the STOMANA INDUSTRY plant at Pernik, Bulgaria and include production lines that produce rods by cold rolling, straighteners, cutting machines, a rod production line with mechanical surface peeling and polishing, furnaces for heat treatment of metals and non-destructive testing lines.

• Products: straight bars with circular cross sections manufactured following hot rolling (diameters from 20 to 120mm), mechanical peeling (diameters from 20 to 115mm), quenching and tempering, surface hardening, micro-alloying and free-cutting, in the common carbon steel classes, in accordance with the European Standards and customer specifications.

In order to improve the plant’s production capacity, enrich its product range and further improve the quality of its products, TERPOSTEEL has designed and implements a relevant investment plan.
